Congratulations to current U15 player Mark Monaghan who is representing Ireland in an overseas soccer competition. As well as being a very fine Gaelic footballer, Mark is also an extremely talented soccer player. He plays with Tullamore Town and his talent has been recently recognized by being called up to play for an Irish representative side of the top players from schoolboy leagues across the country. The SFAI side will compete against teams from Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man in a tournament in Largs, on the west coast of Scotland.

All at St. Joseph's wish Mark every success in the tournament. Mark's two younger brothers Lee and Jamie are also members of our club, playing for the U11 and U13 teams. looking forward to seeing Mark back playing with the U15 Squad in the not too distant future.
