For the forthcoming Junior Football Championship match involving St Josephs and Tubberclair on Sunday 2nd August 2020 the match will be All ticket and no admittance is permitted to the game without a ticket.
Attendance is limited to a total of 200 people which includes Players, Match Officials,Stewards and supporters.
Each club will receive 35 tickets for their match panel and 55 tickets for supporters and there is no leeway to this under the current Covid 19 Restrictions.
This means that a large number of people who would like to attend the game will not be able to do so.
This matter is totally out of our control.
St Josephs plan to allocate our 55 supporters tickets as fairly as we possibly can taking into account Players,Mentors,Workers and Supporters of our club. Club Members will hold priority over non club members.
Tickets cost €10 each and there will be a €5 rebate to Pensioners and Children who receive a ticket on the day of the game at the match venue.
We invite those who wish to apply for a ticket must do so by email to the Club Secretary no later than 8pm on Wednesday 29th July 2020. Applications will not be accepted by any other medium of communication and must specify who is being applied for. Those who are allocated a ticket must pay in full upon receipt otherwise the next available person on a reserve list will be offered the ticket instead.
Ticket distribution will take place on Friday 31st July from 8pm to 9pm in the Horseleap Streamstown Community Centre.
The email for applications is secretary.stjosephs.westmeath@gaa.ie
We ask for your understanding and patience in this matter. It is not an easy situation to handle and we would much rather be in a position to have multiples of supporters present on the day but again this is not currently possible.
